Human-Tended Suborbital Science Workshop

The Suborbital Science Team at Ames would like to express extreme thanks to everyone who attended the first of what we hope to be many workshops on the potential for commercial suborbital vehicles to be a real asset to NASA and the science community.

About 130 people attended the Workshop.

As hoped, the working groups resulted in a great deal of informative interchange between the science community and the provider community. The science community appears to have grilled the providers, and the providers have started building bridges with the science community. We intend to keep this communication going.
