Charles Miller, Senior Advisor to the Innovative Partnerships Program, NASA Headquarters, Washington, D.C. The Innovative Partnerships Program (IPP) provides the organizational structure for acquiring, maturing, and infusing commercial technology and capabilities for NASA's Mission Directorates, Programs and Projects through investments and partnerships with Industry, Academia, Government Agencies and National Laboratories. As one of NASA's Mission Support Offices, the IPP supports all Mission Directorates and has Program Offices at each of the NASA Centers. In addition to leveraged technology investments, dual-use technology-related partnerships, and technology solutions for NASA, IPP enables cost avoidance, and accelerates technology maturation.

Project Scientist: Col. Yvonne Cagle, MD
Col. Yvonne Cagle (USAF, ret.) has been a NASA Astronaut and qualified flight surgeon since 1996. She retired from her position with the USAF in 2008, after an impressive 20 year record. As Project Scientist of the Commercial Re-usable Suborbital Research Program (CRuSR), she is particularly interested in the opportunity to greatly advance our understanding of human physiology in a micro-g environment.

Dryden Flight Research Center:
Dr. Thomas H. Mace is currently the Liaison for Airborne Science at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center. He holds MS and PhD. degrees in Remote Sensing with over 30 years experience in airborne operations. At Dryden, he has held positions as the Director, Airborne Science Directorate and Director, Test Systems Directorate.
